Are you talking about where to find groudon to capture him... You need to go to the weather institute, and they will tell you where there has been 'unusual intense sunshine' and what route, go there, and you should find a cave where he is.
Or do you want to know where Team Magam are hiding (they are the 'land' team, I suppose) if you go to the top of the volvcano, go down the side of the mountain, and there will be a cave blocked by some Magma members. You will need a special pass to get in though...
