I think if you mix records with someone who has a LEGITIMATE eon ticket, the ticket gets passed onto you, and if you then go and talk to the woman at lilycove docks, she will get the captain and he will then take you to southern island, where the other lati that you didn't choose, will be waiting... In your case, latias.
