How do you get Deoxys with no cheats? Please help!..and how do you get to Mirage Island?

Well if you're lucky, after beating the Elite Four, I mean right after, go to the Space Center in Mossdeep, and I think you have to talk to allmost everybody there and somebody might ask you if you wanna go to the moon, umm I read something about Mirage Island, I think that you're sopose to have a Castform and a Kecleon.. Or something like that.

1. You need to trade or go to a Nintedo Event.
2. You're supposed to have a Mirage sensitve Pokemon or something like that.

Ok to get deoxys you need to have 62 or 64 rocket launches at the spcae station and talk to the guy in the first floor looking out the window if you passed 62 or 64 launches there is another way catch latios or latias depending witch color you chose after beating the elite 4 you train it to 67 and go talk to the guy I you still can't go on then train it to 77 and go talk to him again you should be able to go on the moon if that don't work beat the league repeteadly till he lets you go on the moon
To go to mirage island you need zigzagoon and kecleon go talk to the man that tells you that he can't see mirage island then hell let you know that he sees it and swim strait from were he is looking and youll end up on mirage island
