Where do you find these pokemon?

Where can you find these Pokemon in emerald:
Growlithe/Arcanine?
Pichu/Pikachu?
Meowth/Persian?
Dratini/Dragonair/Dragonite?

I really want these Pokemon for my team, so please tell me if you can find them wild, but I can't use Action replay or gameshark codes or nintendo events.

Growlithe can be traded off of FireRed Version, and Arcanine evolves into Growlithe with a Fire Stone.

Pikachu can be found wild in the Safari Zone, but they're kinda hard to catch. To get Pichu, breed Pikachu.

Meowth, actually, can be obtained in an auto trade on this game. A girl at the Battle Frontier will trade you one for a Skitty. Persian evolves into Meowth.

Dratini can be traded from FireRed as well, Dragonair evolves from Dratini, and Dragonite evolves from Dragonair.

You can only get Pikachu.

Unless you do as I did and trade from Poke'mon Fire or Red.

You can only catch pikachu when breeded get pichu rest of Pokemon get by cheat or trade

Pichu you get in a egg from pikachu. You find pikachu in the safari zone. Others you get on a gameshark.
