Hey guys where do you catch groudon hes not in his liar anymore and I have beat the Pokemon league and still can't find him Please help

First you go to yhe weather institute
Second talk to the guy you got castform from and hell tell you where drought has been happening
Last you go there and hes at lv70

Where to find Kyogre and Groudon. OK, First you have to talk to the wheather guy on the top floor of the weather institute in the far left. He will tell you where it's raining or not. Where there is a drought there is a Groudon. Where there is heavy rain there is a Kyogre.

Go to the Weather Institute and the guy will tell you there is a drought.Then go to route 114.

After beating the elite four go to weather institute, ask the guy on the top floor he will say ther is a drought somehwere, and heavy rain fall is where Kyogre is
