Is there anyway you can get celebi on this game, and if so, how?

Celebi can be obtained in some real-life event, as I know. You may not attend those so you blow the first chance.
There is another manual way to get it, but it's only available in Japan bonus disc of Colloseum.
You may want to ask people and trade it over to you.

Yes, It can happen in two ways, I can only remember one off the top of my head.
IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME! One of my friends said that one of his other friends says you can encounter Celebi which will be a special colored one (pink)in the wild but he said that to find the Celbei is like 1 in a million or something like that. I've never attempted to do such, but I trust my friends advice. The other one is you catch some random Pokemon and name it some special name, I don't remember (sorry it'd be better to search the wed), then got to that cave in sootopolis (or whatever the name is) raise the Pokemon to some sort of level, 50 is the level I think, then go to the daycare guy, he says that all the Pokemon have died and he will give you a list. Once you finish the list, he will give you an egg that has Celebi in it then walk a million steps. I'm not sure if that is true, but my friend is trustworthy. Sorry this is so long, but if you're desprate then these are probably wourth it.Good luck if you attemped any of these things.

I have heard RUMMORS that if you breed maganium and tropius you get celibi I don't now if it's true because I haven't got a maganium
