Where you get to the part of the sky pillar (2nd floor) how do I get across the cracks in the ground thats the part that I can't get pass??!!

In order to get past the 2nd floor and over the cracks you must go back to the bike shop and get the Mach bike. Once in the sky pillar, ride the bike (as fast as you can) over the cracks and you will survive. WARNING: You will have to turn a few times while on the bike so be prepared. Practice riding while turning on the cycling road (between Slateport and Mauville)if you need to.
Also be prepared to catch Rayqueza at the top of the piller, if you don't catch it or you kill it you don't get another chance! (I just used the masterball on it...)

ooh jes i now... its dificult nbut i help ya go fast with your mach bike to in the middle on the end you wil get left and fast yoiu push above them your there but 1crack is forwards you so get back and wiuth a rush you go over it and on the second or the third crack fall you go near the,m on that space and go upstairs them again en Tadaa raiqauza lv70

Use your reflexes. If you've tried countless times and haven't done it you should at least have a good knowledge of where the hazards are. Don't run into the rocks or to over the same hole twice. You have to maneuver yourself around all obstacles and keep your speed up. If you have an Acro Bike you can not do it because it's too slow.
You need to get a Mach Bike, otherwize you can't gain enough speed to reach the other side of the cracks before you fall through. On some of the cracks, you will need to memorise the floor below it because there are some door underneath the cracks that you need to purposely fall through. If you reach the end of the road and there is no way out except for the cracks, you will need to fall down one of them to land precisely in front of the open door on the ground below you.
