Question for Pokemon Emerald

Alright I had the TM dig and gave it to a Pokemon but gave it up. Is there another way I can get that TM.

I'm sure you can buy it somewhere. I wouldn't be too disappointed though, since Dig isn't all that great anyway. Also, some pok�mon can learn it naturally, so if you have one of those pok�mon, don't worry too much.

Do you mean you gave it up as in you deleted it for another technique?
If that's what you mean, no, you can not get it back after doing that.

There is one way.Fly to Fallabor town and go to the house by the Pokemon center.There would be this one guy.Give him a Heart Skale and he will make your Pokemon remember TM DIG. skater8318

Well it kind od depends,some tm's you can only get once,while others you can get twice. But this might help you,if you have any friends,that have the game,ask them to trade you a poke with that tm on it,thats what I would do.Or you could restart your game,and get the tm again.
