and how to clone masterballs if you know how to clone pokemon put a masterball on that pokemon and it will be cloned

There was a walkthrough I read and printed off so this is not my words or me that figured out how to do this but I can point you in the right direction.

To do this you need
-Dig
-Surf
-Dive

Before starting have a Wailord in the first slot of your party and a Relicanth and the last slot of your party.

Fly to Pacifidlog Town, Surf to the currents but don�t go into them yet. Go south near the end of the currents. There will be one that is further in than the rest and two blue rocks will be near it. You will end up right in front of a fisherman and of course he wants to battle.
Next go the next spot you can land. It will have an old guy standing still while there is a girl in red running up and down.
Go to the other side and there will be two people like before. Surf on the current again and you will be carried to normal water above you should be one of those long brown rocks and a blonde haired guy.
Go down into the currents again and you will be carried to a shallow patch. DO NOT MOVE ONCE YOU ARE AT THE PATCH!
Go straight across and one step down.
You should end up in a dive spot. Go under and look around until you see some white Braille on the wall which says
GO UP HERE. You should be in the Sealed Chamber, Go to the very back and click on the Braille it says DIG HERE. The wall should open up, in the next room go to the back and click on the Braille it says FIRST COMES WAILORD. LAST COMES RELICANTH. There will be a rumble, TA DA THE CAVES ARE OPEN! That�s all the Sealed Chamber will be used for.

-Rock Smash
-Repels, if wanted
- LOTS of Ultra balls 50+ *Total for all of the Regi�s. Or maybe I�m just unlucky.
-A Pok�mon that knows Yawn, or sing.
Fly to Mauville City, then head to the Desert on Route 111, go south until you see a cave surrounded by 6 big rocks. The back will have more Braille that says LEFT. LEFT. DOWN. DOWN, THEN USE ROCK SMASH. The door will open and there will be Regirock. Save and battle, it will be at level 40. Registeel

- Flash
-Repels, if wanted

-A Pok�mon that knows Yawn, or sing.

The easiest way to get to fly to Lilycove City, go past the Safari Zone and Mt. Pyre Pier.
Keep going left until you reach a dead end and the girl that asks you if growing berries is an expression of love.
Go up the stairs, past the tall annoying grass and there will be the same type of cave Regirock was in. Go to the back and the Braille says THOSE WHO INHERIT OUR WILL, SHINE IN THE MIDDLE. Take four steps down and use flash. The door will open and there is Registeel at Level 40. Save and Battle.

The most annoying one to get to! Fly to Dewford Town and go to the top of the island where the Trainer Tips sign is and surf. Go left until you see a swimmer with red hair and go up to route 105 until you see a swimmer in a blue swim cap. To the left of him is land with some trees and a ruin manic go to the other side of the trees and surf up. There will be another redhead swimmer, keep going up and there is the cave. The Braille says STAY CLOSE TO THE WALL. RUN AROUND ONE LAP. So run around the wall and click on the Braille when done. There�s Regice at Level 40, so save then battle.
