I don't know how to change while facing the Enemy.I always use Luffy only!!

You always play as Luffu, but by using the left trigger, you cycle through other active characters for super-powered moves. If you fill that bar at the bottom until at least one pod is lit, you can use one of the two super attacks based off of each character.
