Question for Metriod Fusion

I've passed SA-X blowing up the metroids, but know I have no idea what to do! I got to the top and all that but the doors in that hidden room and the one in the room with monsters under the floor are both locked?! What do I do? Help me!!!!

Use two Power Bombs to blast the SP-X's (Space Pirate X). You should destroy the wall in the center, and the X parasites will fuse to form Superfused SP-X. To destroy it, walk close to it to get it to jump over you. Then, turn around and shoot it's backside. About 3 to 5 Missles will do the trick. After destoying the first one, Another one will appear. when they are both beat, the doors will open. Once on the other side, don't reenter the room or you will have to fight them again.
