How do you get through the red bubble like door on the first sector.

I don't think I understand... If it is a red door, then you won't be able to open it until the end of the game.

Just forget it for now...

You see that red blob like thing is really one big old eye. this is how you get past it... When the eye open if it starts to flash white, that means it will attack, and shooting missiles will do nothing, when the eye opens and it is just orange thats when you fire missiles it takes three shots like this. Then when you defeat it you will get a red X-Parasite. This little bugger will fully restore you.
