help with the birds

I am stuck at the part where you fight the giant mechanical bird/dragon thing and it uses a frequent attack I can't figuree out how to dodge (the attack where it flies next to the ground with it's talons on ground level) how do you dodge this attack? I've tried jumping over him dashing through even hitting with a charge attack. Thanks in advance to anyone that answers.

You cannot dodge this attack but you can let the bird go back without you getting hit.you can do this by attacking him fast with any of your attacks and it will not hit you

hit him with his weakness ice weak to fire weak to elec weak to ice
