Question for Mega Man Zero 3

I am at the part where you have to choose one of the four missions. The areas I haven't beaten are #1 Aegis Volcano Base, #2 Oceanic Highway Ruins, and #4 Old Residential.

The third mission was to Destroy the Factory.

(I already passed that).

Could someone give me some help on anything. I now have the Thunder body, which I won from beating the Factory.

So please, could someone help me.

Go to the aegis volcano and be very careful. Equip thunder body chip and fight the boss that looks like a dinosaur.

Go 2 the first lvl and fight that boss wit the thunder body chip wit the recoil rod.
