Do I have to complete the trade chain step by step in order for me to get justice one?
Because I got big bomb O in a chip trader and I tried looking for a navi in ACDC HP and there was none there for me to trade my big bomb O for justice 1
*(also on the third to the last step; where I got grabrevenge I, I didnt know there was a chain so I put it in a chip trader and ironically I got Big Bomb O )- so I never actually got to trade it with a navi for big Bomb O

Yes you do since the trading people won't show up unless you trade with the person from before. Example- trade the girl from 1-2 class to trade the boy in seaside aquarium
