Question for Mega Man Battle Network 6 Cybeast Gregar

HELLLP! I have two questions, 1: I need 3 more megachips but the only ones I see are colonel EX and SP. What is the last one. And two, HOW DO I BEAT BASS BX I have been trying for days. AGAIN HELP. Oh yeah before I forget, rate my folder in highest attack power to lowest.
