Brother Im sorry to say you this but it can only be found in the game shark in other words you need to hack the game

in green area, at the big tree there's a pite to undernet zero. after a few walk, there's a gravestone with bass inside. can i gain his power there ? (i still don't have beaten him)

There's a big tree on the Green Area 3 jump to the pit at the back of the Tree... Go and fight bass bx.. I recommend you to attack him before he launch an attack. Also use Anti sword for fight it would be great.. After that he'll drop batkey.. That will let you go to graveyard... To go to graveyard it's on the right horn of the orange skull like area in undernet 2 ... After that you have to collect all the chips to fight BASS BX I think there you'll fight him and get some gigachip.. Hope I help
