Life Aura is bought from a NetMerchant in UnderNet 0, you have to get there from UnderNet 2, the chip costs a lot to buy though, and DoublePoint is found behind the fire in Sky Area 2.

Well life aura is the easy one you have to go through a secret door in under 2 but it is locked so the code is 12 flames now there is a chip dealer who will sell it to you.
