Graveyard

Ok I have had this game for a while but I have a question. I beat Gregar but I can't fight any of the navis in the Graveyard. Why can't I?

You have to defeat bass sp in order to fight the tombstones and you can only fight the www navi tombstones

you have to get all 200 standard chips to unlock the door in the gravyard. then you can fight bass's tombstone, then you can fight him again in undernet 2 where you fought the beast form of megaman. but you fight beast form and if you win right after you fight bass. no breaks

you can't fight Bass at Undernet 2
You Fight bass in:
1)Under Net Zero
2)Graveyard
3)Underground 2
