How do you use SHIELD PROGRAM????

I need help I have the program set and everything is fine. But when I try to use it in a battle all I do is shoot even though I'm holding the back arrow and the b button.

Ok, so there is this "lag time" in each B+left navicust. Program. In other words, you have to wait a while before using it again. So for the antidamage and reflector programs, you have to press the two buttons AT THE SAME TIME right when your opponent's about to hit you. For the shield program you just use it.

Idk if its just my game, but i have tried to "just use it" and i just move back and shoot or just shoot. If you dont know the real answer then idk what to do.

You may be trying to use it while using some cross mode. I think it only works with plain megaman
