How do you get to play when you beat the cyberbeast it just gos where I last saved I need help

Well You have Beat the game. You now should have a Mark in the corner of the start screen to show this. NOw start the second half of the game. It actually starts in Green Area Two at the Big tree. Go to the side you can't see,hit A and jump into the pit. Fight Bass. Then go to Undernet two, go to the place with the Purple ocked door and unlock it. THis should lead to Graveyard area. Then get all 200 standard chips to unlock the door there and fight Bass again. After that go Onward to UnderGround, Not Undernet,teh Underground which the entrance is CyberArea 3. Fight Bass and Cybeast Data Continually. After that work on getting all five (or six) other Icons. I leave the rest for you to find out on you own.

Just continue with the Graveyard area. Its in the Undernet and it's easy to open. You can work your way through and unlock Bass.
