Hi guys. How do I find the Lil'Boiler3 chip? I can't find the level 3 virus to face. How do I get that chip?

Ive heard this from other people and I tried it and it worked. Go to green town ( the real town) go to the chip trader dump in 10 chips and hope you get lucky. It wasnt that hard for me or my brother we got it on our first couple tries.
