"Is there a net area called imortal and if ther is how do you get ther, also does under net 3 and graveyard 2 exist"?

In the japan version only there is an imortal area there is not in the us thoe and there is no undernet 3 they also got rid of that but there is a graveyard 2.

Imortal area has been removed from the American version and no there is no Undernet area 3 or Graveyard area 2.
