You need to battle the other navis of the two games to get all 15 secret chips.

The secret chips are:
HeatMan
HeatMan EX
HeatMan SP
ElecMan
ElecMan EX
ElecMan SP
SlashMan
SlashMan EX
SlashMan SP
EraseMan
EraseMan EX
EraseMan SP
ChargeMan
ChargeMan EX
ChargeMan SP.
You can only get them by trading from falzar version to gregar version.
I wish immortal wasnt taken out.
Capcom took a lot of cool stuff from the US version.
