How do you reuse the cyber ax and vacuum it always says the ax is to dull and the clouds are too thick for the vacuum

I know the cloud you are trying to vacume is ment to be taken care of by a link navi the same might be true with the tree you are trying to cut down also.

You you can't reuse it. But you can get rid of the tree and cLoud by using tomahawkman navi. Go to heLiport in skytown to controL tomahawkman.
