Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman

Ok they say the last boss is easier to beat if you have air shoes npc.! One problem I dont know where to find them can someone tell me where I get them

When you liberate Undernet 4 from Dark Protoman, head over to Oran Isle. Go inside the mine, and go to the second auto-lock door. Instead of going through it, go through the exit on the lowest part of the room. Head west until you see a Nebula Employee. Buy his ID for 3000z.

Head over to End Area 4. Go to the lower level, and go to the part under the entrance to End Area 5, underneath the Battle Data of your Brain Navi. Open the purple skull door with the ID, and open the Blue Mystery Data to get Airshoes.
