For the text data, you have to go to ACDC Area 3. That's the area you liberated with Protoman. Then you go to the 4th big square starting from the entrance. Big square meaning the group of squares that make a square or rectangle. You should be moving towards the back where you fought the boss, and turn left to the square. There should be a blue and orange navi there. You go to the very right of the square and go to the center of the right. Face where oran area is and press A.
