Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman

Hey Im stuck where you should get 40 mfrags(40 megachips) in nebula area 4.I have 39 megachips so I need 1 more.I have neo ari,sprvulcan,numball,meteors,guardian,poltergeist,jealousy,attack+30,tomahawkman/napalmman,larkman,numberman/searhman,colonel/protoman,Roll,Roll SP,Roll DS,cloudman,cloudman SP and DS,shademan,Shademan SP and DS,shadoman/gyroman,knightman/magnetman,toadman/meddy,cosmoman,cosmoman SP,Django, django SP,Z saber,black wing,muramasa,etc.please help meeee!!!!!

If you have all twelve of the Dark Chips you can open a door and get the Django DS mega chip.
