Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman

Hi, I am In the nebula areas and I have came across a door that says this:
"DRIVE YOURSELF TO THE ABSOLUTE LIMIT"

Can someone tell me what this means?

This door refers to having at least 900 HP not counting Navi Custimizer parts.
