Well this is rather self-explanitory.

The first thing is net. So, go on the net. The second one says scilab. Go to scilab.

Third is 3. This means Scilab area 3.

Next is center. Right where you enter scilab 3 from scilab 2 is the right row. Straight 27.

This means go forward 27 panels. Turn and go 4. This means turn and go 4. Turn again,go 4 and then check ...

I bet you can get this one, right?

You'll find a VisionBurst, and you'll have to watch the movie.
