Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman

Can someone tell me how to get any double souls and how to make a double soul into a dark double soul I only have magnet soul and I have a dark chip that is a electric type and when I selecet it the unit icon doesn't run red

Yes when the dark chip comes up with the same element needed for the double soul you choose the chip and hit the unison button but you can only do the chaos unison when you get an email saying megaman has aquired this unison and the only way to get that is to beat megaman when he has been token over by his darksoul. Gose by story mode
