He should be the girl navi in the furnace computer. You can get to it through ACDC area 3.

He is in the Furnace Comp. He is disguised as a girl navi. Remember to flip the switch in Yais House or you cannot access the furnace comp. I really hope this helps.

Just so you know, the next place to find him is in oran mine by the place where he sees the hat that looks like a mettaur.

There you get the anti damage * coded chip...and excellent addition to any folder!!
