The 5 brothers are heelnavis and they are in CraneComputer, ServerComputer, End Area 4, Undernet 1, and Undernet 2, and the 100 SFrags means that you have to have at least 100 standard chips in your library.
The five brothers are located in:
1)Crane Comp
2)Undernet 1 (secret "backdoor" entrance)
3)End Area 4
4)Undernet 2
5)Server Comp
Just search these areas and you will eventually find them
As for the "SFrags," they refer to your standard chips. You need to collect at least 100 standard chips before they will let you through the door.
Also, you must have beaten the game once before you can go through.
