Where is the AirFilterComp? (Please help)

I got the letter from Lan's granfather, checked the dog house at Lan's backyard and I went to Oran Isle to look for the AirFilterComp and I can't find it anywhere? Is it in OranArea or the Isle itself or is it something else? Please help me and thanks in advance to anyone who can answer this!

Yes there is there should be a air conditioner and jack in and head to the upper most corner.
