What is that shark thing in undernet1 and how do you get to it because I know you can fight it

That shark thing is in fact larkman a navi who cannot be caught yet if you beat him you get his chip from him.Also you go through end area 2 to get to the bird.
Wait I tried that and it sent me somewhere else and what the chip you get
