What are the best chips to have in you folder if you are trying to beat the Nebula last boss I can get it down to about 1000-500 hp but then it kills me so can someone please help me!

Make sure you have air shoes. And take your time. Don't try to slam every chance. And chips that do a lot of damage in short time. LIke the chip Tornado, static. Having P. As that will appear quickly will help too.
