Umm Dark Chips are pretty much scatterd throughout the whole net. Mystery data whatever.
One behind the shop, one in the cave, one at the rightmost place of Scilab, one near the ship, and more in the net or answer questions to get them.
And enter this code "68799876" at the lotto machine, I got a darkchip off that.
