Ok I don't get what the text data that says "3rd ACDC, 4th square. There find the way to Oran. Open it's Center!" means. What does it mean? Be specifice in details.

Go to acdc 3 and go to the 4th square and check the edge of the middle
Right square. A door will open. Go from there.
Maybe you must follow the road and at the 4th square you must press A in the center.
