First enter ACDC Area 3 (3rd ACDC) from ACDC Area 2. Then go to the 4th open space (4th square), there is a Navi there who will point out that you are in the right place. Then from the middle panel move to the middle panel on the right column and press A. The cut scene should trigger allowing you to continue.

Go to 3rd ACDC and in one square you find the cup and on the right side in the middle, talk to it and you will find a door.
