Skully3 is dropped by the skeleton viruses found in the Undernet. Equip the Collect NCP to ensure you get chip data.

Voltz3 can be found from the eleglobe guys in FactoryComp1, and RedFruit3 from Appleys in FactoryComp2.

Bar200 and Air Spin 3 are only going to be found in GMD's, unfortunately. I haven't found any other way to get them. Bar200 can be found in SciLab 4, and Air Spin somewhere in the Nebula Area.
