First of all it is not a cheat, and second of all it is in Undernet Area 1 via End Area 1 portal. Plus you can't get it unless you have Nebula-ID (from a former Nebula Agent at a price of 5000Z at Oran Mine I believe). Go up to the top and turn left you will hit a dead end however you will see a platform in front of you go forward and follow the platform until you hit the portal. Turn of the very first left of Megaman and follow the path and a gate with a skull mark. Open the gate and a Blue Mystery Data will be containing DarkPlus *. With that you completed the journey for the Darkchip.
