HI in never did this before so bear with me here.

Q- how do you beat nebula grey?

[dont say airshoes please.]

Q- what chips should I use?

Ill say use mostly django invis and del sol chips and never use dark chips on him they will never work on him

Well you should try to use chips that attack from far away because you have only a little bit of space to hit him cause he is floating and the only way to damage him is to hit his blue flame but he also has alot of attacks but he does crack your panels so try to stay in the back row when he attacks.

HP 500 bustpack attck 1 charge 1 undersht in your navicust go to another site to find HP 500 bustpack go to the area where you fight tomahawnman and underworld where toadman went to get your navicust to get 6x6

Required Chips: Bubble Warp,Anti Fire,Anti Elec,Anti Swrd,Anti Wood,Life Aura,Drill Arm.

SOB this guy is so hard I beaten him on my 3rd try he will shot some snakes and some flames.he will summon MegaMan DS to use the following chips:
Dark Life Swrd,Bug Death Thunder,Dark Meteor Tracker,Dark Punching Lance.
He will also make a drango from his self and rush at you hitting the 8 other pannels around,
Another popular of nebby's attacks he will summon many hands to drain your HP use life aura.

Sorry dude but you are FORCED to get air shoes and flaot shoes also django and sol chips dosen't work perfectly but they drain alot HP also django chips deals only 160/150 depending if you have SP or nomal
Use sanactuary holy panl and holy dream a best combo
Also there is one bomb that can hit him the other bombs fall in the vortex you remember powie? That virus that whomp you? Get his chip because iit can hurt him so use it to counter then use PA Mode Infinate Vulcan when he is stunned to take advantage enough explication and good luck
