You have to get the 5 dark chips then go to the undernet and it's in a place that had black goo around it.

You must be kidding me, you can't have 52 mega chips, because the 5 dark chips you need to get into the hole that takes you to black earth are megachips, and the last giga chip is in black earth too.

Ohhh, I forgot, also the navi DS chips are megachips, so you can't have 52 megachips (there are 50 megachips in the game, excluding the secret chips)
