Please help I can't stop my navi for being evil (after useing the darkchips alot)

There are only 2 ways.
#1. Start a new game.
#2. When you get all the evil chips you can go into black earth.Black earth is in undernet 6 in a black vortex. In black earth 2, you fight your darksoul and after you win you get the navicust program soulclease(sorry about spelling).After a while you become good.
