Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun

I am on the part where you have to delete the gates to connect all the net areas and I don't know how to get to the one seperating Sharo and Netopia. So can someone please help me get there?

First fly to Sharo. Jack in to the first floor computer. Go to the warp and talk to a navi thats there and get the P-code. Unlock the cube then head south. When you get to the very bottom you will find the gate.

You have to go in through the Sharo space center. There is a computer next to a scientist, you can jack in there. After that you find your way to the net. Right outside the portal is the security cube and a Mr. Prog. Talk to him and he will give you the p-code. After that you slide on the right panels and you'll get there in no time.
