Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun

OK I'm stuck on this one part where you have to find dex's brother. im at the clue where it says on the pink squirell "E-TwrCo--2/ M--Pr-g/ 3-d ---- right" can someone tell me where to go.

The message means "ElTwrComp2. Mr. Prog. 3rd from right. This means the Electown Tower Computer Area 2, where you fought Shademan. The Mr. Prog. that is third from the right will give you a box with viruses, so you had better save before you talk to him.

Ok,first go to Electown and go to the tower and press A on the front of the tower.
