You can find the BlkBomb in Sharo Area. It is on the left-hand side past a gate that requires you to pay 500 zenny for.

Go to Sharo Area. On the left-hand side there is a door that you need to pay five-hundred zennys to open. Up the path is a girl. By her is a purple mystery data. Use an unlocker to open it. Inside will be a BlkBomb Z, just what you need. Hope this helps.

Get an unlocker and unlock the purple data by the pink navi in the sharo area.
