Can someone please tell me where Mettaur city is because I can't find it anywhere. So please tell me where it is!!!

Ok first, jack in and head to ACDC2.

Ok first, jack in and head to ACDC2, near the exit to ACDC3 follow the twisting path to find a purple navi. He'll tell you to look in the town areas.Head to Town Area2 and find a teleporter near the entrance to Town Area3(the one that takes you to the lower section).Go in the teleporter,go and find the green navi partially under the walkway, talk to him. Jack out and head to Elec Town. Go to the upper section and jack in to the big T.V. and talk to the evil navi, he'll give you the labdata and fight.
