Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun

Are people answering questions these days!

I need help finding the way to the culprit responsible for the devices blocking the areas off!

The navi was inthe unernet, but don't know where!

Someone please answer!

After you destroy all the gates blocking the areas, talk to the navi in Netopia. He will give you a key to town 4. Once you get the key, head over to town 2. Go to the bottom level of it an go to the top right corner.

Use you key on the gate, go through and you are in a part of the undernet. Keep going until you're out of the undernet and you will be in park area one(path to that area is clear.There are no detours.) You must then walk around the big square and into it.

The navi will be there. (it's cool at the end when you beat him, he explodes and it looks like you're toast. Play to find out more.) Hope that answers your question.
