Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun

Hey everyone I finally got the game.

Now I have two questions.

First, when do you get your first soul unison. Second, how do you get bubbler R to give to the navi that holds data5 I am battling a lot of shrimpy and not getting anything, assistance is needed.

The firs soul unison comes when you beat the first one of your friends in the first tournament NOTE:

You can only get 3 untill you beat the game then continue (it will put you in hard mode when you click continue).......and for the bubbler, I am pretty sure you get it from a chip dealer in acdc area 1,2,or 3.
